At TheraPetMD, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
